Terry is President and co-founder, Poseidon Probes LLC.  Poseidon; Probes is a development staged research tools company focusing on the manufacturing of new fluorescent probes to be used in two photon microscopy research in life science laboratories around the world.

He is also General Manager (VP), and co-founder, Takara-Mirus Corporation.  Takara Mirus Bio is a joint venture between Japan’s leading biotech company, Takara Bio, and Mirus Corporation, a gene therapy company located in Madison, WI.   TMB is a distributor of Takara Bio products in North and South America.

In addition he is Acting COO, Cellectar LLC.  Founded by UW Professor Jamey Weichert, Cellectar’s technology for tumor imaging and oncology therapeutics is poised to make some significant impacts in several healthcare industry segments.

He is also President and co-founder, Silver Lining Foundation. This is a grass roots local foundation that helps individuals and groups that need help with a specific need. Have worked with such local groups as Porchlight, Middleton Outreach Ministry, Madison Memorial High School, Dane Co. Transitional Housing, and Meriter’s Littlest Angel Program; as well as funding youth development programs in Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia.

He also is co-manager, and co-founder, Wisconsin Investment Partners. WIP is Wisconsin’s first angel investor network.  Comprised of 30 individuals from Madison and Milwaukee, this angel group has invested nearly $5 million dollars in high tech start up companies.

He serves as President and co-founder, Metabiologics, Inc.  Metabiologics is a research products company involved in the manufacturing of  botulinum toxins for customers on a worldwide basis involved in medical research and vaccine production.  The Company also conducts research into the development of improved neurotoxins and produces antibodies to botulinum toxin.

In addition to these roles, he served as President and co-founder of Mirus Corporation and PanVera Corporation.  He was VP-Business Development and Operations at Promega as well as others.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors for Metabiologics, Inc., Renovar, Inc., Mirus Corporation, Takara Mirus Corporation, Silver Lining Foundation, Cambridge State Bank Cellectar, LLC, and Poseidon Probes, LLC.

Terry has a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
