Mr. Nichols is currently Executive Vice President-Commercial Lending of the Bank and is responsible for commercial lending and commercial real estate.  He joined the Bank in 1985 to form the Commercial Lending Department.  In 1990 he was promoted to Vice President and became responsible for commercial lending and commercial real estate.  He was promoted to First Vice President in June of 1996 , Senior Vice President in 2003 and Executive Vice President in 2006.   Mr. Nichols holds both a BBA and MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is a Board member of the Weinert program at the University of Wisconsin and is also on the Board of Directors of the Easter Seal Society.
