Mr. Hornung is President of Next Testing (http:www.nexttesting.com). Mr. Hornung is founder of Pacific Cycle, the largest bicycle distribution company in the world. In 2005, Pacific sourced and delivered over 6 million bicycles under the Schwinn, GT, Mongoose, Pacific and Murray brands through 60 distributors in 35 markets worldwide. Mr. Hornung is also President of Next Testing Inc. based in Vancouver B.C. In addition, Mr. Hornung holds current board positions at Methode Electronics (NASDAQ: METH), Chicago, IL, and Quintessence Biosciences, Madison, WI. Mr. Hornung is also an advisor and limited partner in Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago. He is actively involved with Sharing Resources Worldwide, a non-profit medical help provider and is a recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Hornung and his wife have two children and reside in Madison, Wisconsin. |
