Staff Updates

Sharon McCabe has joined the Center as assistant director with a focus on recruiting/career services.   Sharon is also a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Real Estate and teaches two undergraduate and one graduate course.  She is actively involved in the international component of the Real Estate MBA Program and has led several of the study trips abroad.

David Shulman, former managing director and head REIT Analyst at Lehman Brothers, is the new assistant director of the AREIT (Applied Real Estate Investment Track) for Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.  Shulman will teach and oversee a group of three second-year Real Estate MBA students who to manage a portfolio of approximately $1 million of publicly traded REIT stocks throughout the academic year.  Shulman is also a visiting professor in the Department of Real Estate.
