Students Travel to Vegas for NAREIT Conference

Three real estate MBA students, Erica Healey, Keyi Xuand Wen-chieh Wu; and David Shulman, visiting assistant professor of real estate and assistant director of the AREIT, attended the NAREIT (National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts) Annual Convention held in Las Vegas on November 13-16, 2007 to learn more about REITs. The students also had the unique opportunity to network with real estate investment trusts (REIT) industry leaders including company managements, buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts and real estate professionals. NAREIT is the representative professional organization for U.S. REITs and publicly traded real estate companies across the globe.
