WBA Job Board Update
The WBA Job Board is a powerful tool for alumni looking to move up the career ladder or simply make a career change. There are currently 130 jobs posted on this database: 92 are entry level, 32 are mid-level and six are executive-level postings. Job functions represented include accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, quality management, general management and more. Robert W. Baird - Equity Research Associate
Associates in Baird's U.S. Equity Research group work directly with one of Baird's 28 U.S. senior industry analysts. Associates are given significant responsibility early in their careers and work closely with institutional sales and trading, investment banking, and Baird's Private Equity and Venture Capital teams, as well as with company management. Several of Baird's senior research analysts were hired as associates and promoted to senior analyst after two to five years of equity research experience.
Oxford Global Resources – Technical Recruiter
We are also looking for individuals who can source consultants with leading edge critical skills. This includes obtaining referrals from consultants and user managers; direct recruiting; networking with personal contacts; and searching through our company's database. Interview consultants to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to travel. Check references to verify information and obtain leads and market information. This is also an entry-level position with full paid training. Again, because this is an entry-level position, we are not looking for individuals with prior staffing or consulting industry experience.
