The Overture Center for the Arts (OCA) seeks a Director/President/CEO. This is a highly responsible managerial, developmental and administrative position which involves directing the programs, functions and services of the OCA and the Madison Cultural Arts District (MCAD). The Director/President/CEO is responsible for securing the financial stability of OCA as well as the programming, organization and management of this world-class facility, and serves as a resource to its diverse resident companies to ensure the success and financial health of the OCA and its resident companies. The Director/President/CEO serves as the OCA department head, the chief executive officer of MCAD and as president of the 201 State Foundation, MCAD's support foundation.
