An Introduction to Project Management: An Online Offering

The online module on “An Introduction to Project Management” is a time-efficient way to learn about key concepts, methods, terms and tools of project management. It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete this module at the learner’s own pace. The presentation uses terms and concepts that are consistent with those of the Project Management Institute®.

Project managers can use the online module to educate project teams about project management so that the team is better prepared to understand the terms, techniques and tools that will be used on the project.

The module is also recommended for inexperienced new project managers who will be attending formal training in project management. Viewing the interactive online module will prepare you to better understand the project management principles, terms, methods and tools in a formal training program.
