HR Connection, a large professional services firm in downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a human resources leader who can translate business strategy into HR initiatives and lead the company successfully through rapid growth. The person in this position will be a strong contributor to the Executive Management Team, bringing functional expertise/leadership, sound judgment and knowledge in helping to set strategic direction, challenge plans/assumptions and lead a results orientation at the company. The vice president will participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people, and acts as coach and mentor to facilitate/drive the achievement of individual/team business and growth objectives.
