The director of human resources will lead the development and implementation of the company’s people development and diversity strategic platform, and company compensation and communications strategies to improve organizational and individual effectiveness. The person in this position will develop strategies to support high levels of employee engagement in the company’s business. The director will provide leadership, counsel and best practice information to senior management within the corporate group in the areas of staffing, employee relations, performance management, talent development and regulatory compliance to ensure optimum value from the business’ human capital.
