Up to Par: Golf for Good Causes

In September, the Second Annual School of Business Golf Outing, a project of the student organization, Graduate Business Association, raised more than $10,000 for Junior Achievement. More than 120 MBA students, alumni, faculty and staff of the school competed at University Ridge Golf Course.

The previous month, the Women in Business Council, an informal advisory council to the dean on women’s issues, raised more than $7,000 for MBA scholarships in its first-ever golf outing at the Lake Wisconsin Country Club.
