School of Business Golf Outing Tees Off
This fall, golf foursomes comprised of master's students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the School of Business will compete in the inaugural School of Business Golf Outing for Junior Achievement. The event will be held October 1 at University Ridge Golf Course in Madison.
The golf outing is the brainchild of the Graduate Business Association (GBA). According to Becky Foster, co-chair of the event, the aim is to "unite the entire UW-Madison School of Business graduate community for a common cause." Teams are being formed around centers of specialization in the master's program and other components of the School of Business. Alumni and friends are encouraged to participate. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Junior Achievement. For more information, visit the Web site at www.uwgba.com.
