Ways to Stay Connected

Alumni and friends like you play an important role in ensuring the continuing success of the school. There are several ways in which you can help us make even more progress:

  1. REFER OUTSTANDING STUDENTS to the school. The quality of our students on the un-dergraduate and graduate levels improves each year, and the stronger our applicant pool, the stronger our program.
  2. SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE. Alumni and friends have a wealth of experience to share when it comes to business practices, current trends and building careers. Mentor a student, offer career advice to a recent graduate or be a guest speaker at a student organization meeting.
  3. MAKE A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE SCHOOL. Whether it’s $20 or $500, your annual gift puts us even closer to achieving our goals. Plus, making an annual contribution is a quick and easy way to stay involved in the School of Business. To contribute to the annual fund, use the envelope in this magazine, visit www.bus.wisc.edu/alumni/gifts or call the UW Foundation at 608/263-4545.
  4. HIRE OUR GRADUATES. Our students receive a well-rounded education, complemented by a focus in one of our many career specializations. Grant a student an interview, or refer a colleague to the school.
  5. KEEP YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION UP-TO-DATE. Log on to the online alumni directory at www.bus.wisc.edu/alumni or call 608/265-0575. In just five minutes, you can ensure you’ll remain part of our world-class alumni network.
