School of Business > UPDATE > Fall 2001 > Article Stellar Group of Faculty Joins School of Business This fall, nine new faculty members and three visiting faculty literally are bringing a world of experience to the School of Business. In addition to a wide variety of experience and impressive credentials, their home countries include Norway, Korea, Japan, France, India and China. Several came with years of experience as noted educators. Real Estate and Urban Land Economics Professor Timothy Riddiough, for example, came to the School of Business from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was the Edward H. and Joyce Linde Associate Professor in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning. In addition to their many academic accomplishments, the new faculty have held industry positions ranging from research engineer to benefits administrator. They’ve done everything from design a logistics support system for the National Air and Space Administration to consulting for the World Bank, won teaching awards and published research in leading journals.
