Application Information

To participate in the program, you must meet the eligibility requirements, apply for admittance to the program, and be accepted.

Application Deadline: The deadline for applying for the Entrepreneurship option is 3:30PM, September 28, 2007.

 

Program Eligibility

  1. You must be admitted to the undergraduate program in the School of Business
  2. You must be Junior standing (you must have completed between 54 and 85 credits as of September 4, 2007)

Only students with Junior standing (54-85 credits completed as of September 4, 2007) who are currently admitted to the School of Business are permitted to apply. Seniors who are interested in entrepreneurship but who are not eligible for participation in the new program, can enroll in undergraduate courses in entrepreneurship courses (MHR 422, MHR427, MHR 434, & FIN 457) to the extent courses are offered and if space is available. Seniors are also encouraged to become integrated with local entrepreneurship community by joining the student organization, the University of Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Association. The Application Process

To be considered for admission to the program, complete the following steps:

  1.  Download and complete the application. The application can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
  2. Submit a copy of your resume
  3. Have a letter of reference transmitted to us on your behalf. Click HERE to download the letter of reference form.

Submit steps 1 and 2 (the resume and application) via email as an attachment, to the Department of Management and Human Resources, using the following email address: entundergrad@bus.wisc.edu. To submit your letter of reference, follow the instructions on the letter of reference form which you downloaded in step 3. The admissions committee may also request an interview with you as part of the admission process.
