Diversity Initiatives
The Wisconsin School of Business is committed to increasing racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, gender, intellectual, and many other kinds of diversity within the undergraduate student body. Our Undergraduate Admissions office is working with a variety of campus partners to develop and evaluate programs that help students achieve their academic, career, and personal goals.
Our initiatives include:
- Collaboration with campus-wide programs for student support, including:
- Oversight of the Multicultural Business Students Association (MBSA) and partnerships with other business student organizations
- Wisconsin School of Business Equity and Diversity Committee (a joint effort between the undergraduate and MBA programs)
- Internship programs such as Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and INROADS
- Participation in campus Multicultural Career Fairs
- Diversity on Communications & Diversity in the Law
- Social events and tours in Grainger Hall
- Recruitment and Retention
- Financial Aid and Scholarships
