Diversity Initiatives

The School of Business is committed to increasing racial and ethnic diversity within the Undergraduate Program. The Undergraduate Academic Services Office is committed to developing programs that assist students of color to achieve their academic, career and personal goals.

The Undergraduate Academic Services Office coordinate recruitment and support activities for underrepresented students at all levels of the education experience, including:

• Collaboration with the PEOPLE Pre-College Program
• Recruitment and Retention
• Oversight of the Multicultural Business Students Association (MBSA)
• Financial Aid and Scholarships
• Campus wide support programming
