The Multicultural Business Student Association is the premier business student organization in the Wisconsin School of Business incorporating students from diverse backgrounds and catering to the needs of students interested in business, pre-business students, and business students. The mission of MBSA is to develop undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds to be professional business individuals who strive to successfully impact the business world. MBSA provides an environment for young men and women to enrich their business knowledge by having industry leading companies present their insights to our members. This is essential to the growth and development of our members because it provides them with interview skills, networking skills, resume writing skills, and knowledge about different industries. Part of creating a learning environment is introducing an atmosphere in which young members feel comfortable reaching out to older members of the group, helping transfer students feel welcomed on campus, and provide a memorable experience for international students. MBSA is committed to helping students reach their academic, career, and community goals. MBSA is known for creating a sense of belonging and friendship among its members. This relationship allows the organization to bring out the best in each other and an honest sense of caring. MBSA has developed business professionals that work at some of the worlds leading accounting, banking, consulting, real estate, insurance, and financial services firms. Their legacy remains with the association and it is the expectation of association that every member leave a mark with the organization. MBSA along with its advisor and executive board believe that everyone is capable of great things and that no one should ever tell you that you are not. Together lets do great things.
