Program at a Glance

The MBA career specialization in Strategic HRM develops leaders in the field of Human Resources. The program is a great fit for individuals who have experience in Human Resources and are looking to accelerate their careers. However, prospective students need not have worked in HR prior to enrollment. The specialization also meets the needs of motivated individuals looking to enter the field, and for whom a rigorous two-year program in general business and human resources will provide the entry point. The common thread that our students share is a commitment to making a difference through managing people.
