Randall (Randy) Dunham Professor, Department of Management and Human Resources Email: rdunham@bus.wisc.edu Web Site: http://instruction.bus.wisc.edu/rdunham Professor Randy Dunham received his PhD from the University of Illinois and is an award-winning professor, a member of the Academy of Management Hall of Fame, and a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. He is also a two-time recipient of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Outstanding Research Award. Professor Dunham teaches 'Managing Behavior in Organizations' in the MBA Core Curriculum. |

Barry Gerhart Professor and Chair, Department of Management and Human Resources Email: bgerhart@bus.wisc.edu Professor Barry Gerhart received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While working at Cornell, he served as Chair of the HR Studies Department and was on the policy board of the Center for Advanced HR Studies. At Vanderbilt's Owen School he was the Currey Endowed Chair in Management and Chair of the Management Department. He has been honored with the Scholarly Achievement Award in HR from the Academy of Management and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. Professor Gerhart teaches the introductory course in Strategic Human Resource Management. |

Larry (Chip) Hunter Director, Strategic Human Resource Management Associate Professor, Department of Management and Human Resources Email: LHunter@bus.wisc.edu Web Site: http://research.bus.wisc.edu/lhunter/ Professor Chip Hunter holds a PhD from MIT. Prior to coming to Wisconsin, he taught at the Wharton School where he won several teaching awards. He also received the Outstanding Educator Award for his teaching in HR from the Industrial Relations Research Association. Professor Hunter is the Director of the Strategic Human Resource Management Program and teaches the Capstone Seminar in Strategic HRM. |

Charlie Trevor Associate Professor, Department of Management and Human Resources Email: ctrevor@bus.wisc.edu Charlie Trevor received his PhD from Cornell University. Before returning to school for his PhD, Charlie worked for Hewitt Associates and also Marathon Oil in Human Resources. He recently received the Society for Human Resource Management’s Outstanding Research Award. Professor Trevor teaches Compensation: Theory and Administration as well as an optional seminar in Research Methods. |

María del Carmen Triana Assistant Professor, Department of Management and Human Resources Email: mtriana@bus.wisc.edu Professor Mary Triana holds a PhD from Texas A&M University where she was also an instructor. Prior to earning her PhD, she worked for Intel Corporation in several positions related to Human Resources Information Systems. Her work has been published in scholarly journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology and Basic and Applied Social Psychology. Professor Triana holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She teaches Personnel Staffing and Evaluation. |
