Senior lecturer, Residential Property Development Class, Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison. The course acquaints students with both the approach, and the necessary tools such as financing, government programs and regulations, that a successful developer will need to understand in order to succeed.

Professional experience (selected)
Principal, Dimension Development, LLC, 1995-present. Provide public and private clients advice on development of affordable and market rate rental housing and older adult assisted living units.

President and founder, Heartland Properties, Inc., 1990-1995. Developed and implemented the Affordable Housing business segment of the Alliant Energy non-utility diversification strategy.

President and founder, Capital Square Financial Corporation, 1991-1995. Formed this single and multi family mortgage banking company for the purpose of providing long term debt financing to HPI for its real estate developments .

President, Heartland Retirement Services, Inc., 1992-1995.
