The first course in land economics was taught in the 1890s, and a degree in land economics has existed at Wisconsin since 1922. The Wisconsin Real Estate program now encompasses undergraduate, MBA, and PhD education. We are very proud of our graduates and their achievements.

The Wisconsin Real Estate program continues to achieve and grow. The program is committed to its mission to become the leading real estate program recognized throughout the world for its education, scholarship, and service. The ongoing support of our alumni, members, and friends helps to shape the program for the future.
