Newsweek’s Daniel Gross Explores “Dumb Money”

dangrossDaniel Gross is a widely read financial and economic writer and the author of five books, including his latest, “Dumb Money: How Our Greatest Financial Minds Bankrupted the Nation.”

A senior editor of Newsweek and “Moneybox” columnist for Slate.com, Gross took part in a question and answer discussion with Dean Mike Knetter before an audience of MBA students at the Wisconsin School of Business on April 21. His talk was webcast live.

090213_mb_dumbmoney_tnGross was visiting the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus the week of April 20 as the semester’s Business Writer in Residence, talking to classes of business students and journalism students. For more than 20 years, the University of Wisconsin-Madison has brought leading business writers to campus each semester through the Business Writer in Residence program, in order to have them share their expertise with Wisconsin students.
