Internship Overview
All of our students are expected to complete a 12-week marketing research internship between their first and second year of study. The purpose of the internship is to provide opportunities for students to apply research techniques to real-world problems. The students work on a quantitative or qualitative research project under the guidance of an experienced researcher.
Evaluating the Internship Experience
The sponsoring company or organization provides each intern with a detailed performance appraisal at the end of the internship. The company can use its own evaluation form or use the one provided by the A.C. Nielsen Center.
Interview Process
If you would like to schedule on-campus interviews, the MBA Career Services Office will assist recruiters in recommending dates for student interviews and employer briefings. They can also facilitate the pre-selection of candidates for interviewing.
