Recruiting A.C. Nielsen Students

A.C. Nielsen Center provides the industry with competent, knowledgeable marketing researchers who are ready to make an impact on business. There are several different relationships you can have with the A.C. Nielsen Center to bring value to your organization. Companies can hire our students while they are in school, during the summer or interview graduating students.

  • Project Assistantships
Companies can hire our current students for projects involving both quantitative and qualitative research. Generally, students work 13 1/3 hours per week for the semester or academic year, depending on your organizational needs. To discuss your project needs, please contact Center Director, Kristin Branch.
  • Hire a Summer Intern
All of our students are expected to complete a 12-week marketing research internship between their first and second year of study. The purpose of the internship is to provide opportunities for students to apply research techniques to real-world problems. To schedule internship interviews, please contact UW MBA Career Services Director, Blair Sanford or Center Director, Kristin Branch.
  • Hire a Graduate
If you are interested in interviewing graduating students, please visit the UW's eRecruiting Network to schedule interviews or contact UW MBA Career Services Director, Blair Sanford or A.C. Nielsen Center Director, Kristin Branch.
  • Nielsen Alumni Network Job Postings
In addition to the eRecruiting Network, we maintain a directory of job postings that may be of particular interest to our alumni. If you are interested in submitting a job listing, please e-mail Assistant Director, Binnu Palta Hill.
