We are seeking a Director of Analytical Services to head the Business Intelligence team for American Girl. This role is in our headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin, near Madison. Key roles:
• Support strategic & marketing plan development through extensive data & statistical analyses of customer trends, purchase behaviors, channel preferences, etc.
• Support the business in making fact-based decisions. Internal clients include brand and channel marketers across all channels (retail, catalogue, web, magazine, and book wholesale)
• Drive new sources of data, maintaining the integrity of our marketing data warehouse
• Execute all customer-level campaigns and measure effectiveness
• Lead and develop team
Requirements:
• BS in Mathematics, statistics, or other quantitative marketing discipline
• 7+ years of data analysis & database management experience
• Direct marketing knowledge
• Experience in strategic and/or marketing plan development
• SAS & SQL programming skills
• Relational database knowledge
