Heather Pahl

I spent the summer in the Corporate Development department at 3M. My main project for the summer was to analyze the integration of the order to cash process in newly acquired companies and identify the bottlenecks. The goal was to reduce integration time by 30%. I also worked with the acquisition side of the department and valued a number of potential acquisitions that 3M was considering.
