Travis graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in electrical engineering in May, 2008.  Upon graduation, he joined Brady Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a project leader in the Leadership Development Program where Travis had rotations in the Project Management Office and the Software Marketing Department.  In his first rotation, Brady provided him with the opportunity to work on numerous cross-functional teams and co-developed a web-based business intelligence application to track R&D project data.  In his second rotation, Travis worked to bring new concepts into the new product development process and was responsible for the launch of a software project.  Through this exposure to various departments, he developed a diverse skill-set and led to his interest in corporate finance.
