Ross is currently completing his studies for his MBA at the Wisconsin School of Business in the Nicholas Center for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. Before studying at the Nicholas Center, Ross spent two years as a Treasury Associate at Marshall & Ilsley (M&I) Corporation in Milwaukee. His experience involved projects in all sections of corporate treasury including asset and liability risk management, capital markets, investments, funds transfer pricing, and the funding desk. Most notably, Ross developed a 100-million-record database and an associated statistical study designed to predict deposit behavior in response to interest rate fluctuations. Ross was also responsible for maintenance of the company’s outstanding automotive securitizations and coordinated the creation of the Asset Liability Committee Packet. This packet was distributed monthly to senior management, including M&I’s CEO and CFO. Prior to his employment at M&I, Ross graduated from Princeton University in 2006 with a degree in computer science and a certificate in Japanese. While at Princeton, Ross researched road recognition techniques as part of a D.A.R.P.A. (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) project which worked to design and develop cars that drive themselves. Through his experience in both computer science and corporate treasury, Ross has become dedicated to improving his financial analysis and management skills. When he is not studying, Ross enjoys team sports, bowling, running, and golf. |
