Peter Robbins graduated from Boston College in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in history. Upon graduation, Peter started his career at Morgan Stanley in New York working as a risk analyst.  During his time at Morgan Stanley, Peter analyzed the market favorability of various deal types and their inherent risk to the investment bank.  While evaluating these transactions, Peter became interested in the fundamental legal theory that drove these deals to fruition as well as the financial structuring strategies that often governed the success or failure.  As such, he decided to pursue a joint JD/MBA at the University of Wisconsin, with a career specialization in corporate finance and investment banking.
