Matt begins his studies at the University of Wisconsin - Madison for an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. Prior to the program, Matt spent two and half years working at Citigroup in New York City where he worked in operations supporting credit derivatives trading desks.  Matt’s role consisted of matching and confirming trade documentation for a wide range of derivative products that included Tranched, Index and ABS Credit Default Swaps. Matt communicated frequently with Citigroup Sales and Trading teams which resulted in resolution of trade booking discrepancies which could have adversely resulted in substantial financial losses to the organization if not successfully resolved. Through working at Citigroup, Matt developed his interest in the field of finance and investment banking. Matt graduated from The George Washington University in 2005 with a BBA in Finance. Matt enjoys playing baseball, hockey and running in his free time.
