Christopher graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 2001. For the next eight years he worked at QUALCOMM Incorporated in a variety of accounting and operational finance roles throughout the organization. The positions ranged from writing SEC disclosures for the Form 10K/Q to consolidating business unit’s financial forecasts for the company’s quarterly earnings guidance. Directly out of school, Christopher passed the CPA exam and earned his designation through Sarbanes Oxley work and internal controls assessments in the Internal Audit department. Through his work implementing the fundamentals of business and learning the processes and controls of a Fortune 500 company, he became interested in strategic finance, specifically mergers and acquisitions, which brought him to the Wisconsin School of Business to complete his MBA in corporate finance and investment banking. |
