Chad is studying for an MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking.  He graduated from Mayville State with a double major in Chemistry and Biology, but quickly moved into finance and lending.  As a top performer at Ameriquest Mortgage, he was promoted within seven months to run a 16-employee operation in Chicago.  Over the next three years he ran retail mortgage branches at Ameriquest and then First NLC Financial, hiring, training, ensuring top performance, and developing new managers.  In 2004, Chad opened and ran his own mortgage company, which resulted in nearly $500,000 in revenues in the first year.  With the pending collapse of the real estate market, Chad decided that it would be a great time to go back to school for his MBA.  After graduation, Chad hopes to further his career in financial services, corporate finance or turnaround or business consulting.
