Barbara Bolens

Brady Corporation

Barb is vice president and treasurer for Brady Corporation as well as director of investor relations. She was elected Treasurer of Brady Corporation in November 2004. As treasurer, she is responsible for the management of Brady's global liquidity, cash and debt management, bank relationships, foreign exchange, legal proceedings/relationships, tax planning/structure and risk management. As the director of investor relations, Barb handles communications with investors, analysts and others in the financial community. She has been with Brady for almost 22 years and has worked in a wide variety of positions beginning in customer service and customer service management and progressing through product management and new product development. For the past 12 years Barb has been a member of the Corporate Finance Team, holding a variety of positions including Assistant Treasurer and Director of Financial Shared Services. Prior to joining Brady, she held several positions in sales and marketing.

She presently holds the position of President of Columbus Insurance Ltd., a Cayman Islands based group captive insurance company. She also serves on the board of a Milwaukee/Chicago based non-profit dance touring company.

Barb holds a bachelor's of business administration degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983 and earned her master's of business administration with a specialization in finance from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1991. She lives in Mequon, WI with her husband of 22 years, Mark, and her kids, Michael (15) and Meghan (13).
