Mr. Hedlund was formerly a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers Inc. where he had worked for over 18 years.  He served on the Transaction Approval Committees for high yield bonds, leveraged loans, bridge  loans and certain of Lehman's principal investment activities.  Prior to this position,  Mr. Hedlund was head of High Yield Bond and Leveraged Loan Capital Markets, and from 1998 until 2005 he was head of High Yield Capital Markets.  He joined the High Yield Capital Markets group in 1994 after spending two years in the Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to business school, Mr. Hedlund was in Lehman Brothers' Merchant Banking Group from 1986 to 1990.

Mr. Hedlund received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University (1986) and his M.B.A. from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School (1992) where he was an Amos Tuck Scholar with highest distinction. At Princeton, Mr. Hedlund was a member of the Lightweight Varsity Crew team, achieving All-Ivy League First Team honors in 1985 and 1986 and acting as co-captain of the 1986 NCAA National Championship winning varsity eight.
