Bruce Cohen is a principal with the Private Equity Practice at Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), a management consulting firm focused on serving the retail, consumer goods, and healthcare, industries. Bruce has nearly 20 years of consulting experience, with specific expertise in private equity services, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy development. He has worked with the senior leadership at Fortune 500 and medium-sized businesses, as well as a broad range of private equity firms.

Prior to joining KSA, Bruce was part of the Cypress Fund, a private equity firm investing in consumer products. He was a consultant with Bain & Company and a cofounder of the Cal Berkeley Federal Credit Union. Bruce received his MBA, with an emphasis in strategy and finance, from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He completed his BA, with highest honors in political economy of industrial societies, from University of California, Berkeley.
