Sandy graduated from Bates College in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Upon graduation he joined Robert W. Baird & Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a financial analyst in investment banking. Sandy worked with the equity capital markets group and focused on equity offerings, private placements and debt offerings across all sectors. After two years, he transitioned to the real estate investment banking group based in Mclean, Virginia where he focused on M&A and equity financing advisory for public and private real estate companies.  Sandy worked for Baird’s real estate investment banking group for three years ultimately reaching level of associate.
