- What recent changes at the company make you particularly attractive? Finds a "hole" that you can fit.
- Why size/industry/geography etc. fits you.
- Make sure resume is compatible with position.
- "Selective name dropping" to distinguish yourself from peers.
- Make sure you have a few very thoughtful questions always prepared.
- Networking is not just for jobs with their company. Executives have a lot of connections.
