Morris Davis, an assistant professor in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a national expert on the economic aspects of real estate, is routinely quoted in the national media.
Most recently, Davis was quoted in the Christian Science Monitor on the reason’s behind the government’s takeover of: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
