Wisconsin Undergrad Among
BusinessWeek’s “Best Young Entrepreneurs”
An undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, Ashutosh Gupta, is among the 25 “most promising young entrepreneurs in the U.S.” according to BusinessWeek.
BusinessWeek asked readers to nominate candidates meeting two criteria—they had to be 25 years old or younger and be running their own businesses. Gupta, 19, a finance and entrepreneur major, was named as a finalist for running his firm, Gupta Financial Consulting, which provides financial consulting to small businesses.
Gupta’s profile cites his entrepreneurial focus from childhood, when he attended a camp for young entrepreneurs held by the UW-Madison Small Business Development Center.
