Provides leadership and direction for the office.  Along with specialization directors, outreaches to new customers to build a strong recruiting base.  Manages Corporate Ratings Database.  Regularly attends the annual Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, Black MBA, and NHSMBA conferences.  Oversees student career development foundation curriculum.  Oversees publications generated for business development, education or career development.  Manages reporting systems for salary and data collection.

Builds relationships with companies who have been active on campus within the last two years. Manages recruiting process, including job postings, resume books, and on-campus recruiting. Career advisor to center-based students.  Assists in the management of salary and recruiting data collection. 

Jennifer Smet
Assistant Director, MBA Career Management Center

Provides advising and career developement foundation training for Full-time MBA students.  Serves as the point person for international students and CPT/OPT.  Partners with specialization directors to conduct workshops for Center students on topics like Salary Negotiation and Tapping the Hidden Job Market.  Prepares students for Consortium OP, Forte, NSHMBA and National Black MBA conferences.

Oversees MBA career services for the Evening and Executive MBA programs at the school.  Offers workshops and provides individual appointments to assist students with such career related topics as Career Exploration, Interviewing, Salary Negotiation Techniques and Professional Etiquette.
