Re-entry Procedures for MBA applicants

You are a re-entry student if:

  • You were enrolled within the last 5 years as a Business  graduate  student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison,  and
  • You wish to resume studies after an absence of one or more semesters (not including summer).

 

The purpose behind the re-entry procedures:

  • Assures the MBA Program Office that you are in good standing with your academic department, and
  • Activates your registration eligibility.

 

To register for re-entry:

 

  • Complete registration form
  • No fee is required
  • Your should submit the registration form by at least six (6) weeks prior to the start of your intended semester (Fall or Spring)
  • After submitting your registration form, the School of Business will review your records.
  • If you have attended any other colleges or universities since your last enrollment, you must submit official transcripts from them to:
