To complete your application, the following items must be submitted to the MBA Program Office:

All of these supporting materials should be assembled and mailed in one package. All materials must be received before you will be considered for admission or financial assistance. Please allow enough mailing time for the package to arrive before the deadline. To review a complete list of all required application materials, see the Application Checklist. By assuring that all supporting materials arrive in one package, you reduce the opportunities for documents to be delayed in the mail and increase the speed in which your application can be prepared for review.  Ultimately, this gives you more control over the date that your application is completed and a decision is communicated.
