Andy Jakubczak is Director of the Information Systems Program. This role includes management responsibility for the IS MBA Specialization and IS program. Andy also teaches Technology of Computer-based Systems and Analysis and Design of Computer-based Systems. Since starting in Jan 2002, the program has developed an IS research lab, industry speaker series, MBA mentor program and gained national recognition by US News.   

Prior to the UW, Andy held a number of management positions with Ford Motor Company and Ford Financial, United Kingdom. His current professional and academic focus includes Enterprise Project Management, Service Oriented Architectures and Object-oriented Systems Analysis and Design. 

He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.
