Housing
The Housing section of the Information Booklet discusses housing options for your stay in Madison.
The School of Business will make arrangements for you to live at The Saxony Apartments or in University Housing. Please note that University Housing cannot accept reservations after March 15 for the fall.
- The Saxony Apartments information and rental application. Once you ask us to have Saxony hold a room for you, they will consider you a renter and may charge a cancellation fee if you do not notify us of a change in plans.
- University Housing website about on-campus housing. There is a new Entrepreneurial Learning Community for interested students who apply before the deadline.
You may also choose to arrange your own housing.
- Email the International Co-op at internationalcoop@hotmail.com for application information.
- The Regent Apartments offers semester or academic year leases. For further information and an application view the Private Residence Hall website (note that the Regent is the only private residence hall that regularly offers semester leases).
- For other options, check UW-Madison's Off-Campus Housing Service.
- Fall participants, we strongly recommend that you let the business school arrange housing, due to the short supply of fall-semester leases.
Once you have made your selection, complete the Housing
Request Form
.
If you apply to The Saxony, you must also submit their
application form (above). They will hold your room as a courtesy to us. Should you change your mind we must be notified immediately or you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
