Your Path to Leadership in Global Real Estate
The Global Real Estate Master (GREM) is the first and only graduate-level program designed to provide the next generation of leaders in global real estate with a set of courses and experiences that prepare for a successful career in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
GREM marries the specific strengths of three world-renowned business schools with the real estate expertise and tradition of the Wisconsin School of Business. There are three pathways to the Wisconsin capstone semester offering choices of length of studies and degree combinations.

One semester of instruction with MS or MBA
students at a partner school is followed by one semester at
Wisconsin. Students graduate after one year with the GREM
from the Wisconsin School of Business and potentially a
Master from the partner school.
Following three semesters of MBA
studies at a partner school and one semester at Wisconsin,
graduates of the GREM also earn an MBA from the partner
school.
Recent MS or MBA graduates of a
partner school who successfully complete an introductory
real estate finance class at Wisconsin through distance
learning are eligible for the GREM semester at Wisconsin.
