“The most compelling elements of the Grainger Center are the concept of one integrated package of not only the end-to-end curriculum, the deeply personalized academic and career advice, and an Executive Advisory Board of outside industry leaders commissioned to make the school and the students successful.”

Career Development

Career development is a significant part of the MBA experience. Students receive individualized support and training from the Center director and from the MBA Career Services office.

At the beginning of fall semester, students initiate a career development plan. New and returning students polish their resumes, develop tailored cover letters, and participate in mock interviews. All students have regularly scheduled career development meetings with the director to track progress and review action plans. In addition to this individualized guidance and the placement opportunities available via the business school’s MBA Career Services Office, students also conduct their own independent job and internship searches.
