Doug
Raftery
Doug Raftery is a graduate of the Wisconsin School of Business and has been an active member of the Grainger Center’s Executive Advisory Board since its inception. Each year, he can be found at the school giving a guest lecture or helping students with their career aspirations.
Doug recently retired from Procter & Gamble as a vice president of customer business development after 32 years of service. During his career, he held various sales management positions in the household, paper, and beauty business units. He spent six years helping to develop P&G’s international business in the Far East, Latin America, and Europe. He has experience working with all the largest retailers and spent many years of his career managing multifunctional teams that were responsible for the supply chain, from the shelf back into production.
Doug and his wife have returned to Madison and plan on spending summers and falls in their hometown. He enjoys playing golf and coaching youth basketball. He has two college-age children, and he supports the Badgers any chance he gets.
