Wisconsin’s Accounting Programs Ranked in Top 10

Both the undergraduate and graduate accounting programs of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business were ranked in the top 10 in the nation by Public Accounting Report.

Business School Offers New Entrepreneurship Option for Undergrads

The School of Business now offers students the opportunity to pursue a concentration in entrepreneurship within the undergraduate major in management and human resources.

First Accenture Leadership Center Case Competition Slated

The Wisconsin Management Consulting Club is organizing and coordinating the first Accenture Leadership Center Case Competition, to be held Saturday, Dec. 2.

Two Faculty Members Receive Grant for Research on Health Care Expenditures

Edward W. (Jed) Frees and Marjorie A. Rosenberg were awarded a $100,000 grant from the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to study "longitudinal modeling of health care expenditures."

New Executive Education Website Launched

A new Executive Education website with was launched last month with new tools and features. 

World Development Report Presented Dec. 1

“World Development Report 2007: Development and the Next Generation” will be presented Friday, Dec. 1 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
