Diversity Discussions Slated
November 3, 2009Each year the Wisconsin MBA Program hosts a diversity event that brings prospective students to campus from across the country. This year’s Diversity Discussions will be held on Nov. 12-13. Current first- and second-year MBA students will also be involved in many of the discussions. The goal of Diversity Discussions is to talk about the characteristics that differentiate people from each other and how appreciating these differences can positively impact an organization on numerous levels. Among these is promoting an innovative climate, thus giving another competitive advantage to the organization.

This is a nationally recognized theater troupe that will lead a discussion on recognizing unconscious biases and ways of challenging them.
